We can put together a wish list of properties for you to view
once we have compiled your wish list we will email it back to you, so you can browse through it at your leisure. We are offering this part of the service FREE!!
If there are some properties on our list that fit your criteria and you feel you would like to view them we can arrange this for you.
If you already live here in Spain and feel this service would benefit you give us a call/email. We will pick you up from your home, and take you to all the properties you have chosen from your wish list, and a tour of your preferred area.
Trip will take a maximum of 4 hours.

The cost for this service is:

We can arrange to pick you up from Alicante or Murcia Airport and take you to your accommodation.
We will make arrangements to pick you up from your accommodation the following day to show you the properties you have selected on your wish list, and a tour of your preferred area.

Alicante 40 Euro Murcia 30 Euro. Or alternatively you could stay at our 2 bed self contained apartment, with English TV, on a B&B or self catering basis.
The apartment is less than 5 mins walk to Bars, Restaurants and Supermarket, plus only a 20 min walk the old village of Campoverde also with Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket, Dentist, Chemist and Doctors.
We are only a 5 min drive to the new Lo Romero Golf Course and only 10 min drive to the beach.
Airport transfers for clients staying in the apartment are:
Alicante 35 Euro. Murcia 25 Euro.
Apartment Tariff: 10 Euro per person per night self catering.

15 Euro per person night bed & breakfast We can offer a weekly or midweek maid service. This can be arranged with your clients or yourself at the start of the holiday, we would also arrange for a convenient time to call to suit you or your clients.
We feel this would add that feeling of luxury to you or your clients holiday.
If you or your clients require this service the cost would be paid for by yourselves or your clients at the start of the holiday.
The cost for this service is:
10 Euro per hour. We can tend to all your washing and ironing needs. This is the job we all hate doing.
Remember you are on holiday too. So when your holiday is over, simply give us a call and we will collect all your washing, we will launder, iron and return it all to your property.

We can visit your property at your convenience to compile a full inventory of your property's contents.
Afull inventory will be invaluable if you are unfortunate to have a break-in and you need to make an insurance claim.
It is also advisable to have an inventory list to check your contents after each and every rental, so any deposits can be withheld in the event of any damage being caused by your clients.

60 Euro. As we all know builders can be very messy people. Ok when they have finished your property, they will go round the property with a dust pan and brush, but to be honest I think thats all they do, they don't actually use them they just walk round the house with them.
This is where we come in.
We will sweep and mop every room with hot water and disinfectant.
Any paint, cement or plaster will be removed from tiles.
All kitchen tiles will be washed with hot water and disinfectant, along with all work surfaces and kitchen cupboards inside and out.
All bathroom wall tiles will be washed with hot water and disinfectant along with all toilets, wash basins, baths and shower trays.
All interior and exterior doors will be wiped clean.
All built in wardrobes will be wiped clean inside and out.
All light swiches and sockets will be wiped clean.
All windows inside and out will be washed including grills.
All outside tiles will be swept and moped and garden will be cleared of and litter.
Basically your property will be ready for you to move your furniture in straight away.

With the hot weather we get here, holiday makers have a tendency to leave doors and windows open, this makes your property ideal pickings for the opportunist thief.
We can provide you with a very competitive quote for door and window grills all of which are powder coated, this eliminates the need for painting each year.
We can arrange for the installation of all door and window grills while you are back in the UK. We can also supply and fit hand rails for staircases, these are also powder coated.
