 Weekly Property Checks.

Holiday Changeovers.
 If you rent out your property then this service is for you.
Following your visit or after your friends, family or guests have visited, we will call at the property and prepare it ready for your next guests.
Remember a clean property will always generate more rentals.

Spring Clean.
We advise a really deep clean at least once a year, this ensures your property will be clean and fresh ready for your family, friends, guests and of course yourself. We can carry out this service at anytime of the year to suit you.

Key Holding.
This service is ideal for property owners who wolud just like us to hold a set of keys for their property, just in case any of your guest lock themselves out of the property or lose the keys to the property.
If your guest do lose the keys to the property we will get a new set cut, the cost for this would be payable by the guests in residence at the time.
The other advantage to this servce is: If you are at the Airport or on the plane or even at home and you suddenly remember that you may have forgotten to do something in the property, you can give us a call or email us with your concerns and we will go to your property and check things out for you.
Please note:
All clients keys are stored in a safe and secure environment, they are given a colour code and a unique reference number that has no resemblance to the property.
Please note: 
TLC Property can only accept responsibility of your property providing we are the sole key holders for the property. If you require us to hand your keys over to a third party we will require written authrization from the property owner via email

Meet & Greet.
While we are waiting for your guests to arrive we will switch on the electric, fridge/freezer and boiler, open all blinds and windows.
Please note:
Guests must telephone our office when they are accually leaving the airport.
Once your guests arrive they will be given a tour of the property and how to use and operate the facilities available.
Before we leave the guests their date of departure will be confirmed, we will then arrange a time for us to call to pick the keys up and check the property. The property will be inspected for any signs of damage before the guest leave.
If we find any damage photos will be taken and emailed to the owner immediately, so that any security deposit taken by the owner can be retained.
 
Builders Handover.
As we all know builders can be very messy people.
Ok when they have finished your property, they will walk round the property with a dust pan and brush but to be honest, I think thats all they do, they don't actually use them.
 This is where we come in.
 We will sweep and mop every room with hot water and disinfectant.
 Any paint, cement or plaster will be removed from tiled areas. All kitchen tiles will be washed with hot water and disinfectant, along with all work surfaces and kitchen cupboards inside and out.
 All bathroom wall tiles will be washed with hot water and disinfectant along with all toilets, wash basins, baths and shower trays.
 All interior and exterior doors will be washed and dried. All built in wardrobes will be washed and dried, inside and out. All light swiches and sockets will be wiped clean.
 All windows inside and out will be washed including grills. All outside tiles will be swept and moped and garden will be cleared of and litter.
Basically your property will be spotless ready for you to move your furniture in straight away.
