Our Services

This service is ideal for property owners who would prefer to have their property checked on a weekly basis and during adverse weather conditions.  

 This Service Includes The following.

1. Key holding. (Please Note: All clients keys are kept in a safe and secure environment, they are given a colour code and a unique reference number that has no resemblance to the property.)
2. We will check your property once a week throughout the year.
3. Check for any mail and forward it to your UK address or we can store it for you until your next visit. (Please note: For us to forward post to your UK address will incur a small charge) 
4. Check your property internally and externally for any signs of disrepair. 
5. Check your security system (if applicable)
6. Make sure all windows and doors are secure.
7. Air the whole property.
8. Water all internal plants and patio plants.
9. Sweep all patio areas.
10. Check and replace any defective light bulbs (the property owner must have a supply of light bulbs available in the property.)
11. Make sure all services are connected i.e. water and electric. 
12. Run all taps and showers, flush all toilets to avoid the smell of stagnant water.  
13. Check for any insect infestations.    
14. We will make your keys available to friends, visitors or service personnel. (please note: we would need written confirmation from you via email before we will release your keys to a third party.) 
15. Visit the property to check for any damage during/after adverse weather conditions.
16. Start your car every 2 weeks. (if applicable) 
17. We will provide you with a report following each visit.
18. If we discover any damage to your property we will do any emergency repairs needed to make the property secure. We will then contact you immediately and await further instructions.

3. Sweep and mop all internal floors.
4. Sweep and hose all external patio areas.
5. Make sure all beds are made.
6. Turn on the boiler.
7. We will turn on the fridge/freezer.
8. We can Provide you with a basic welcome pack for your arrival or you can customize a pack, simply email us with your requirements and we will make sure it is waiting for you on your arrival (customized welcome packs may incur extra costs depending upon items required.)
9. Please note: We will require 7 days notice of your arrival.

 

 

 

Basic Property Check/Security Check.

Holiday Changeovers.

 

If you rent out your property then this service is for you. Following your visit or after your friends, family or guests have visited we can give your property a good clean ready for your next guests. Remember a clean home will always generate more rentals.

This Service Includes The Following. 

1. We will clean and disinfect all bathrooms and toilets, leave toilet rolls in each bathroom (please note the property owner must have a supply of toilet rolls available in the property)  
2. Clean all kitchen cupboards (outside only unless empty)
3. Clean kitchen work tops.
4. Clean all kitchen appliances.
5. Empty fridge and freezer and clean inside 
6. Vacuum all floors.
7. Sweep and mop all tiled areas.
8. All bins will be emptied and all rubbish removed all bins will be cleaned.
9. Dust all furniture.
10. All marks will be wiped off light switches, windows and doors.
11. All dirty bed linen and towels will be removed laundered, ironed and returned to the property at a later date. (please note:  This includes 1 bed change per person, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, any laundry required over and above this please see our laundry & ironing service.)  
12. We will remake all beds with clean linen (property owner must have a minimum 2 sets of linen for each bedroom in the property)
13. Outside patio areas will be swept & mopped 
14. All patio furniture will be cleaned.
15. Check and replace any defective light bulbs (the property owner must have a supply of light bulbs available in the property.) 
16. Check gas bottle and replace if needed. (if applicable)
17. We will provide you with a report following each visit.  

We advise a really deep clean at least once a year. This ensures that your property will be clean and fresh ready for your family, friends, guests and of course yourself. We can carry out this service at any time of year to suit you. Our prices will vary for this service according to your needs and the size of your property, but normally the following would be included. If you require any other needs please don't hesitate to contact us.

This Service Includes The Following. 

1. We will clean and disinfect all bathrooms and shower areas.
2. Wash and clean all kitchen cupboards (inside and out.) 
3. Clean all kitchen work tops.
4. Clean inside and outside of all kitchen appliances
5. All floors will be Vacuumed.
6. All tiled areas will be mopped.
7. All curtains will be Vacuumed.
8. Lamp shades will be washed or Vacuumed.
9. We will turn and Vacuum all mattresses.
10. All beds will be remade with fresh linen ( must be supplied by property owner)
11. Bins will be washed and disinfected.
12. All furniture will be dusted.  
13. Ornaments will be dusted.
14. All light switches and doors will be wiped clean.
15. We will clean all windows inside and outside (where accessible)  
16. Outside patio areas will be cleaned.   
17. Patio furniture will be washed/cleaned.
18. Check and replace any defective light bulbs (the property owner must have a supply of light bulbs available in the property.)  
19. Check gas bottle and replace if needed at cost (if applicable)
     
20. Check all electrical equipment to make sure it is working properly.
     
21. We will provide you with a report via email following our visit.
